The Hyatt Regency Hotel is the easiest and closest place to find parking. Parking in the garage is a short walk to our dock lakeside of the hotel and hotel staff can easily direct you to the dock. NOTE: DUE TO CONSTRUCTION BOTH AT THE HYATT AND THE LOT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL, ACCESS TO OUR DOCK FROM THE HIKE AND BIKE TRAIL IS EITHER THROUGH THE HOTEL OR AROUND THE CONSTRUCTION AREA NEAR AUDITORIUM SHORES (PLEASE SEE PICTURES BELOW FOR DROP OFF INFORMATION).  PASSENGERS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES SHOULD BE DROPPED OFF AT THE TRAIL HEAD NEXT TO LONESTAR RIVERBOAT BEFORE PARKING.  Passenger drop off can be done at the front door of the hotel if needed, but the walk from there is either through the hotel or around the construction area. Rates are ~$28 for up to 3 hours of parking at the hotel, subject to additional charges past that time, varying depending on the length of stay. In addition, there are multiple pay parking spots in the area. All parking areas are run independent of Capital Cruises and rates vary greatly depending on location. Busier weekends and special events may increase parking rates.  Other possible pay parking lots include street parking on Barton Springs, Palmer Events Center, the Statesman Lot just east of Congress Avenue, or less than 2 hour parking at Vic Matias Shores (Auditorium Shores).  Click on parking map image below to enlarge.

Any items brought on board any Capital Cruises charter or rental must be pre-approved by Capital Cruises staff. Please call us the day of or the day before your event for drop off instructions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
